Yes! Every plan includes every feature. The only difference is pricing - the more units you manage, the less you pay per unit.
What counts as a 'unit'?
A unit is any rentable space - apartment, house, office, retail space, etc. Each individual rental property counts as one unit.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. We include onboarding and training with every plan to get you started quickly.
How do plan transitions work?
Plans automatically adjust based on your unit count. 1-50 units puts you on Starter, 51-200 units automatically switches you to Pro's flat rate, and 201+ units moves you to Enterprise pricing.
Do I pay extra when moving between tiers?
No extra fees for tier transitions. Starter includes up to 50 units, Pro is a flat rate for all units 51-200, Enterprise covers up to 200 units in the base price then $0.40/unit after.

We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are secure and encrypted.
