ResideSync provides software tools for landlords, property managers, tenants, and vendors, including rent collection, lease tracking, maintenance management, and communication features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Unauthorized account use is strictly prohibited.

5. Fees & Payments

• Subscription fees apply per plan chosen.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
• We may update pricing with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Harass, discriminate, or defraud other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and trademarks are owned by ResideSync. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for property management purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their terms, practices, or service disruptions.

9. Privacy & Data

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

ResideSync provides Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResideSync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResideSync, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All disputes shall be resolved in Lackawanna County, PA.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
